Overall, ecstatic with landing AD Mitchell, don’t know much about Goncalves besides that it sounds like he just doesn’t have much on tape, but the minute they said “short arms” on the telecast, it sounded like a Ballard move

I heard his name brought up as a guy a lot of people like in the mid-3rd and i thought "that's oddly specific"

 

Just following up on this, as a PT, if I ever tore my ACL for some dumbass reason, I don’t think I would have surgery. I know for high level athletes it’s a harder decision because they want to get back as soon as possible, but if you can do a few months of rehab and are stable, it’s so much more worth it than undergoing surgery and having significant strength loss and muscle atrophy.

I hope it becomes more common place over the next several years.

 

will it heal just as strong as it was or is there always a worry it tears again?
