I like but don't love Penix. His accuracy is overrated and there are several aspects of his game that are troubling. Nix was the better prospect

 

How can they give the Vikings an A- for what the gave up to move to get Turner but give us a D+ for trading back and getting the same guy they wanted at 17 lmao

Penix at 15-20 is alot different than Penix at 8

 

Penix to a team with a larger brain is a lot different than Penix to the Falcons as well

The Penix pick is fine until you look at the whole scope of the situation specifically to the Falcons picking him, like why give Kirk that contract two months ago, and then his cap hit in the third year is still nuts. So you are banking on the back half of a rookie QB contract for a guy who is going to be like 28 years old. Not to mention his skillset does not really fit with how the Falcons offense is currently built.

 

Stroud and Randall like the same receiver type

 

Really wish rounds 2 & 3 weren’t on prime time
