Only if you already have a leading weapon. A go route receiver wouldn’t even be effective if they were your primary target. Imo we needed somebody who’s a good route runner like Kirk but bigger and more physical.

 

The trade is the only reason I wouldn’t rather have Ridley. I would’ve rather signed Ridley than take BTJ at 17.

the chemistry between Trevor and Ridley woulda been better with another offseason together.

and for the love of god can we stop acting like Ridley’s contract was some ridiculous number, he got like 70% of what ARSB got. Ridley’s contract was exactly in line with his talent level, age, and this year’s salary cap inflation.
