In all seriousness we’d never sign Pete, we are trying to cut payroll as low as possible. And Pete doesn’t fit our “play the kids” plan. Plus you just know Busch Stadium is gonna be packed every game this summer even if the team loses 110 games, after trump pardons all the insurrectionists so we finally have some fans to go to games again—why spend money when you’re guaranteed revenue like that?
