with the Buehler signing I’m looking at predicted rotations and I feel like either they are praying they are going to get Sasaki or hope Flaherty comes back on a cheap deal.

going to have three guys coming back from injuries who have all had injury problems is not the ideal scenario to start.

The problem with that plan is the Rockies are gonna give him 400 mil to put up 3.9 fWAR total over the next ten years

 

If he ends up continuing to be good, the Rockies can always trade him away 2 years into the contract and then sign an inferior version of him to another expensive LTC.
