yeah i think you get the occasional complaint from the players and maybe even coaching staff but the sentiment has been that it’s well accepted considering they mostly see results of extra innings games as a coin flip anyways

I've felt a great emptiness ever since pitch clock + zombie runner has meant no west coast 14 inning games to watch that go on until like 3 am central. maybe that feeling is just me rounding into my 30s idk lol.

I like the rule all the time because either my team wins or they lose and it prevents me from having to watch another 5 innings waiting for the loss. Get it over with

 

This is the first regular season I've really watched; mostly tune in during playoffs before. so i don't mind the pitch clock, but would be ok if it was made a little longer. as for the runner, i'm just sort of ambivalent.

my biggest beef, as a wrangler of a toddler who revolts against the notion of sleep before 9 pm, is that by the time she's down most nights all the CT/ET games are basically done unless theres an extra innings affair like nyy-phl tonight...but then i'm stuck watching fucking fakeball

then there's the west coast games but besides the dodgers those teams have all been boring this year. like the mariners are good-ish but i can only watch 8/9 guys go 0 for 5 so many times lol
