i've been saying fanatics is dog shit for at least 5 years. glad to see they're keeping it up.

Now this makes me even more angry that where I bought my Seager jersey lost my package and the jerseys sold out. I was planning on buying one before the season when the WS edition or whatever comes out.

 

man that fucking blows

 

A while back, I was in some touristy area of Myrtle Beach (redundant?), in this strip area with merchant tables and also stores.

I distinctly remember texting my brother that the bootleg stuff they were selling outside looked more authentic and higher quality than the store full of Fanatics clothing.

 

He was paid to do this

I don’t want a different texture I want the correct texture. As in not fucking heat transferred plastic for $175 lol

 

Fanatics ruined my favorite Liverpool store. Anfield Shop was the official USA/Canada authorized retailer, which was nice to not have to deal with shipping times from the UK, often had nice deals around the holidays or end of the season, seemed like a well run company

Sometime in the fall, Anfield Shop stopped stocking official Nike stuff, so the jerseys, official training gear, all the good stuff. Eventually they put out a statement about layoffs and having a hard time as a business, but they didnt lay blame on Fanatics/Nike but hard not to read between the lines considering they haven’t been able to stock Nike stuff (and it’s obviously there’s a lot of supply when you look at Fanatics website)

just extremely shitty

100% yes lol I would expect more teams to do the same

most people wouldn’t say or notice anything if they kept the numbers and names on the back the same and the MLB logo higher up on the back of the jersey

 

not helping lol so many people complained about how those looked last year

 

for real though, the logo and names are glaringly worse there is no brushing that under the rug

 

After initially giving this a “once”in my head, I’m going to retract it.
