I’m fucked

Put up 152 just to lose in the first round of the playoffs

 

I’m gonna fall to 6-8 but still have an outside chance of making the playoffs although I would need a ton of help.

Our regular season is 15 weeks. I would need to beat the first place 13-1 team next week and then hope the two 7-7 teams both lose…and even if all that happens, I’d play the same opponent first round of playoffs…so, yeah, put me out of my misery.

Missed playoffs by 14 points. Woof

 

Somehow won my playoff matchup after all, CeeDee having 17 points after the first two drives and 4 the rest of the game is nuts

 

My big money team that i co-manage got eliminated in the last week. We were 6th seed, win and in, or lose and need some help to hold onto 6. We did not get that help. The Bills D losing us 4 points wasn't the deciding factor, but it definitely didn't help.

my other big money league is the 16 team keeper and I sold assets weeks ago but still went on a 3 game winning streak to finish 7-7 lol. Luckily we determine draft order with the "toilet bowl", so hopefully I can win my way to a top 3 pick in the draft.

Made the playoffs in my other two leagues, including my "main league" with high school buddies. I was the #2 seed but lost this week with a few of my guys on bye and it dropped me to 5th. Now I have a re-match with the guy that just beat me this week to knock me off the 2 seed.

 

My QB play has been unspeakably bad this year. Mostly started CJ Stroud, then over the last few weeks have been rotating off waiver wire QBs (Cousins, Nix, Stafford and Caleb). Only once this entire year did I have a QB score 20+ points. That's unheard of. I drafted CJ Stroud in the 5th round thinking he'd have a huge year and that killed me.

Aside from atrocious QB play - injuries just decimated my team. CMC, Godwin, Nico, Goedert, Taysom Hill, Diggs and then there was a 3 week strech where Achane and Kamara were so bad due to their QBs being injured. Drafting DJ Moore in the 4th round was a death wish as well.

All that, and I still have scored third most points in the league and have an outside chance of making the playoffs.

Probably one of the most insane FF years I can remember.

 

Jaleel McLaughlin and ISrael abinakandakjdna are still out there in my league, should I pick either of them up over Etienne/Mostert/Gus Bus/Vidal/Patrick Taylor?

I have Mostert as my handcuff for Achane. Somehow ended up with the LAC backfield but they really moved away from the run since Dobbins went down. Taylor could be the starter in San Fran tomorrow, but Iz was a pre-season star IIRC, I could see him getting some run.

 

I should add that I currently have Waddle/Allen in my two flex spots ahead of all those guys

 

Guerendo playing tonight apparently… now I guess we’ll see if it’s legit or if it’s a Jordan Mason situation where he gets like three carries and doesn’t come back in the game

 

Yeah I think I’m steering clear of him tonight. Anyways, would y’all start Jennings vs LAR tonight over JSN vs GB or Davante @ JAX? .5 ppr

If there is one thing this year taught me it is to never, ever, ever trust anything San Francisco 49ers say or do with their running backs.

 

Yeah and I don’t want to get burned again, I’m just going to regret it if he goes off against a vulnerable defense on my bench… and at this point they’re so low on the depth chart that they might not to just throw the next guy in? I dunno but I guess I’ll figure it out by tonight

I guess I feel like he’s probably at least as good of an option as my bench RBs - Swift and Charbonnet, assuming Walker plays

The 13-1 team I am facing this week started Cooper Kupp. Hell yeah, baby!

 

Jaylen Waddle vs Houston or MHJ vs the Pats this week? Kind of leaning Waddle

 

Waddle, he's been a little bit more consistent as of late. MHJ is infuriating

probably going the top 2 given the matchups, but starting RBs get touches, so. Gus bus probably gets into the endzone once today maybe?

 

The Daniels/Terry stack helping out to a decent lead after the 1 PM games…but my opponent has Josh Allen and Saquan so not over by a long shot haha

my other playoff team is facing Lamar Jackson and Devante Adams…team is cooked. I have Josh Allen there but yeah
