I actually had a 4AM attack this morning after having crabs for dinner last night. I’m sure tonight will go more smoothly.

 

Watching Godzilla Minus One tonight! My wife hasn’t seen it yet

 

I have four tables, none of them large parties. To those tables I’ve personally recommended & sold:

-a $215 bottle of Chardonnay, that I narrowed down what they were looking fo after they didn’t love the juicier $300 bottle I first suggested
-two separate $150 bottles of champagne they’re comparing
-two $60 glasses of wine to the same table
-a $90 cognac and a $40 Tuscan dessert wine

 

that coffee has me staying in the bathroom

Wish I could keep all my tips and not share them lol ain’t no one getting tipped constantly above 20% like me either. I’ve gotten $50 tips on a $200 and a $170 check, got a $60 on a $260, and got a $140 on a $400. On Thursday I got $140 tip on TOP of the $110 gratuity for a business meeting I served.

I’m totally okay sharing with the bartender cause she’s a total pro, but it is slightly underwhelming the other servers ain’t on my level and can’t handle as much business either lol. That’s why I want the extra hourly rate
