I’ve come to really enjoy going to the beach or a lake.

I plop my ass in a chair and don’t move for like 3 hours. I eat an Italian sub. I drink beers. I usually go with a few people and we just chill. Maybe I read a book.

I don’t really go in the water because the ocean in MA is 5 degrees and terrible, but I’ll stare at it

 

Then after we pick you up, we can head to Florida and see @David- and @morgantayler

This one’s not about minds changing really lol. Like, to make an analogy, we all agree that the housing market is ridiculous right now. But no amount of challenging the value of a house or pointing out how stupid it is that prospective buyers forgo inspections and pay massive premiums, is going to help @xbrokendownx get that place he wants for less than $100k over asking lol.
