Mac Jones as a top QB never made any sense. McCarthy as a top QB...also doesn't make sense but it makes more sense than Mac.

McCarthy and Nix are battling it out for who is more like Justin Herbert. Both are prime examples of people hyperfocusing on what they were forced to do instead of what they can do.

Wouldn’t it be such sweet, sweet revenge for the Jags to:

1) let the Titans overpay Ridley cause we’re getting something even better
2) keep sweeping the Colts with their own legendary WR’s son after they did it to us for so long in the 2000s
3) beat CJ Stroud with his own college WR1

 

I agree both in that he's being overinflated similar to Will Levis AND that he will play pretty well just like Will Levis

 

I would strongly strongly encourage you to not get too excited about MHJ to the Jaguars lol

Absolutely everyone all off-season was telling me 5 was too late for Ramsey who might go 1, and that 7 was too late for Allen who isn’t getting out the top 5

 

17 is definitely too late for Marv but based on how this off-season has gone and the reports we’re hearing, trading up is 100% on the table and getting a weapon is probably a huge priority

 

I don't remember that offseason too well but I had Ramsey at 4 or 5 and it was basically "is Dallas really picking Elliott??" as the argument for 5

 

I'm hoping for Ladd McConkey at 42 or whatever the pick number is, he's gonna annoy the other teams in the division so much

 

I also gotta bump at a jags fan saying "it's our turn to draft someone sick" as if ya'll haven't had like 15 top-5 picks in the last decade lol
