Lol sorry, that was overly harsh. I just don't think "it'd be cool to be able to afford a house without leaving my entire family and all of my friends" isn't that unreasonable of a complaint.

 

Just refreshed my memory and the house my friends bought like 90 minutes outside of Philly was 5 beds 6 bath, 3100 sq ft and cost $370,000

 

No it isn’t, don’t take me seriously. That’s the main reason my best friends & their 2 kids won’t really consider moving from Oklahoma

 

I rented a carpet cleaner from Home Depot and just used it on the room where my cat’s litter box is. Damn was that rug apparently disgusting

 

Of course that was 2.5 years ago, the house is 100 years old and they’ve had to replace the entire furnace among other things

Got two new versions of my resume lined up though, so gonna finally start job-hunting since I haven't heard anything back about my raise yet.

 

I hope your litter box is sitting on a rubber mat or something because cats def miss the box. If it goes on the carpet it will leak through to the floor.

We have this box thing that's pretty snazzy. Helps with the mess a bit.

 

Yep we have it on a mat but he’s occasionally went on the rug (or just straight up missed yesterday).

I have a black light I use to show me the spots and I’ll clean it up immediately to get the worst of it; but yeah. It’s tough. When we get a house thankfully we will be able to hopefully put it on a room with no carpet lol

 

My cat is also weird where he doesn’t even like a “clean” litter box. He gets mad when I clean it lol
