We mostly missed the boat on Atlanta. Friends of ours were trying to buy and were getting outbid by 100k+. They lost one that sold for TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND over asking.

 

It's very pretty and idk Mormons probably keeping prices high to keep minorities away

 

I'm curious about Cincinnati, Columbus, and Madison. Detroit and Omaha are underrated but weather wise they are THOROUGHLY eliminated

 

What in the actual god dam fuck. 200k over asking, more than anything, means that realtor sucks ass at deciding on listing prices lol
