I genuinely have no idea how people find time to go to the gym.

I have a weight bench in my basement and can't find the time to make it down there to work out consistently....going to the gym would never happen

 

I genuinely don't get it aside from waking up at like 6am lol

i mean, its really not that time consuming. i work 8 hours a day, i can spend 90 minutes before work doing it or 90 minutes after work doing it. im still home in time to have dinner and have a few hours of my evening to chill. obviously on busier days i dont go but on the weekends theres almost 0 excuse not to.

i am also childless.

What they didnt say is the Thanksgiving game will be played in Cambodia.

 

I get my steps in. About 10k a day. I do not work out because I hate it.
