I'm starting a leadership training cohort with one of the local foundations tomorrow. They teach you how to golf while doing the sessions. I've never been golfing, and looking at the rest of my cohort, it's mostly middle-aged black women (you know, nonprofits). It's gonna be a blast.

I’m kinda in the same place of hitting the ceiling of my current role but having nowhere to grow into, and I got a good review (they must see the top notch quality of my on-the-clock posting) and an ok enough merit pay increase, but the review was basically just a half hour of “sorry we didn’t do more”

 

Don't think I've ever seen a dude crowned as quickly as him. People want him to happen so badly
