The Americanized version of Mexican food is one of the foods I’m least picky about (pizza is the other one)

it’s really hard to criminally butcher enchiladas, chips and salsa/queso, and margaritas and you can typically find one that gets all the way up to good/worth revisiting in most decent sized locales

I lived in a cabin for 2 summers that had TONS of bats in the attic. Like, 2 bat boxes outside, filled to the brim, and STILL tons in the attic. They'll scare the crap out of you when they randomly swoop by, but never had any issues with them actually trying to attack me.

There's one place that is passable, but, its kinda pricey as mexican food goes. My favorite cheap/fast one was a strip mall place in central WV near where I kayaked a lot...could go a la carte quesadilla, couple tacos, and a margarita and be out the door, tip included for like $15.
