Jk delete it and restart your PC/laptop

 

Are you sure the window that pops up when you extract it wasn't minimized

 

it kept creating another folder with the exact same name but the folder was empty. I tried just opening the 1 file out of 50 that I needed to save it locally but that wasn't working either, I thought, and then it popped up all of a sudden.
