I'm doing a full overnight sleep study for my sleep apnea next friday and they told me not to drink caffeine after lunch and I am already dreading it?

caffeine is a useful boost sometimes during the workday, but doesnt affect me in the evenings for whatever reason.

 

I live 0.6 miles from a Culver's and I haven't had it in probably three years. It's like, it's so close that I forget it's there.

 

Coffee doesn’t hit me anymore like it used to. I just never notice the boost in energy regardless of when I drink it

For some reason I was the only one on the 5:10 AM flight that got a beer.

I love it because I can just get a kids meal, give the fries to my daughter and split the ice cream, and still be cheaper than Mcdonalds/wendys/etc. But I definitely dont just go eat there all the time by myself.

I need to go to a doctor and do one of these. I absolutely have sleep apnea and need to get a C-PAP machine, but just havent gotten around to it for, like, a decade

Yeah, the weed is just the easy charge...what he's gonna get the big fine and community service (and Id bet probation) for is the speeding and fleeing the scene. Also, he better hope he plays well enough to get a 2nd contract, because the lawsuits from the other drivers arent gonna be cheap.

Crashing a several hundred thousand dollar car + fleeing the scene + weed in TX + lawsuits = probably close to a million all said and done
