I have worked in larger warehouses but what I’m in now is like, less than 5k sq feet

I never got forklift certified when I worked at Home Depot cause you got more work but the same pay.

 

thats fair play lol im bad w heights i dont even think i would try using a cherry picker let alone do something cool that shit looks scary

 

I’d get on the order picker at Lowe’s, I remember doing merch resets in the paint aisles and having to lug a bunch of 5 gallon buckets of paint up there and onto the top racks. Horrible.

I couldn’t use the order picker either but I could use the one other thingy that was slow and you didn’t need a flagged to drive. I forget what that was called.

It’s honestly crazy cause when you first get your forklift license one of the requirements is to drive to the highest point in the warehouse and stand on the pallet board on the corner and stare down for like a minute

Fuck I’m tired. Music is the most fun part of my life but damn do I have to exhaust myself to chase it the way I want to. It’s gonna feel so good when this album is done.

I ran errands / cleaned my house all day yesterday, only had time for a quick dinner before band practice (which went from 11 PM to 4 AM cause we both work nights and have busy schedules), then we only got like 4.5 hours sleep and got to the studio for a 10 AM session,

then when that ended at 2, I had to very quickly go buy strings and picks and go get my gear from my practice space before work, so I’m not rushing around on show day instead of getting focused and being early to soundcheck. Then I worked and just got home now.

fuck man lol I am so glad to just have only the show in front of me at this point

 

Good, productive two days though. Only thing that could’ve made it better is if my last table didn’t sit for a fuckin hour after they were done. Could’ve made it to open mic and sold at least 5 more presale tickets
