Did this as recently as last night. I'm all for it.

 

If you make a bowl of Shin black ramen (or most ramen but Shin black is the best for instant) and after cooking it you put a slice of Kraft American cheese on top and let it melt over the ramen, it's one of the best easy lunches ever. Apparently it's a SK thing to add cheese (specifically American cheese) to ramen but it fucking works and after being so hesitant I tried it once and haven't looked back for years now

Mac and cheese with hot sauce is kinda like the opposite of the ratio you get from that so it makes sense
