There’s this realtor who won’t stop calling me trying to poach my business. I just keep answering and putting myself on mute so he has to sit there in silence. This has happened no short of 40 times.

i've never sold a home so forgive my ignorance but, if this person wants to sell your home for you why not see what they can do?

 

A few things: A) we signed an agreement with our current realtor B) Our realtor kicks ass, she got us 3 different offers above listing. Not her fault one of them was committing fraud and C) we’ve pulled it off the market for now to focus on the baby and are gonna try again next boring
