Dave posted that 3 bed/2 bath house last week for 600K and my first thought was "insane people". Grimace posts his for just over $200 and my first thought was, "too cheap must be something wrong with it"

real bummer as we all thought there was a chance you'd buy one of them. disappointment all around

 

My decision probably has a lot more to do with the world series than anything else. I'll be at a work conference, so if I don't care about the teams in the WS, I'll almost definitely go to the game because I won't have anything else to do, but if I do care about the teams, I will not go

For context it’s a house I bought with my ex over 2 years ago. We broke up about 7 months after buying it. She stayed there and I moved out then a bunch of dumb shit happened on her end the last few months and she ended up moving out without telling me at the end of August. So I’m just trying to sell this god forsaken house so I don’t have to pay for a house I’m not living in.

The one right across is various offices, it’s pretty quiet and then there’s the Aldi, a subway and a laundry mat. Then there’s a plaza across the Main Street with a pizza shop, dinner and some various shops and a bar

My wife has switched to energy drinks for work and she drinks two a day and I've had half of one and this is DEEPLY unpleasant

 

I could when my lease is up at my apartment at the end of the year but I don’t want to. The plan is to move into my gf’s house. My ex is the one that loved the house. I thought it was okay but the best of what was available at the time. I also don’t need to live in a 3 bedroom house by myself.

 

Bring the girlfriend and your cat. there all 3 rooms allotted.

 

Alternately @Sean Murphy could move in, that way they don't both have to stay next to spiffa's
