One of the companies I previously interviewed with added a second position that is the same as the one I interviewed for. I applied because while I didn't get picked, they were very nice. The recruiter emailed to setup an interview and didn't acknowledge if he remembered me from a few months earlier.

Mentioned it just so I didn't waste my time in case they really didn't want me, but he still set up a time. so lol

calling the plays, no. There have been issues with timing, getting the plays in on time, reverting to being too pass heavy too quickly, etc going back since he started. It's fine as a rookie coach, but we're in year 3 now and its the same shit.

I was listening to Fantasy Sports Radio on SiriusXM yesterday on my drive, and the one guy was implying that the Dolphins system is so easy that any QB can run it, and Skylar would be just fine.

It is literally the complete opposite. The scheme is TOO complicated. Look around the league. You've got coaches winning with dookie QBs like Malik Willis, Justin Fields, Jake Browning (last year), etc etc. McDaniel needs to look in the mirror and adjust or unfortunately he may not last much longer in Miami.

I want to see how he changes once Huntley starts, which should be next week hopefully.

He’s gotten more touches than Warren so far I believe.

 

I still think he is a good coach. And I think he has the potential to be an elite coach.

But A) you can't come out of yesterday sucking off Skylar and saying how you still think he is good. That was one of the worst QB performances I've ever seen. He sucked. Its okay to say he sucked. You don't need to be besties with every player.

and B) you need to "dumb down" your system to fit the personnel you have. If only one guy can run your "system", maybe the system sucks? Why are you having this turdy QB throw the same concepts as Tua? why are we not running the ball 40x like GB has been doing?

Jaylen Wright had two nice plays in the 1st quarter and then basically didnt touch the ball again. How is that happening?!

I'm not out on him yet, but these next 14 games are going to tell me a lot.
