I don’t think he’s overrated — he’s just middle of the pack (and goes on stretches where he’s better and stretches where he’s not), has been for a couple years now, and there’s an expected jump in performance to consistently being at that elite echelon that keeps not coming (but still might get unlocked? There’s always that carrot being dangled. New coach? Better weapons?)
