We are thinking of getting rid of Xfinity and switching to YouTube TV.

Anyone with YouTube TV is there any downside during football season to it? It seems like it has your local CBS/FOX, has ESPN, NFL Network, and I’ll add on redzone

there is a big delay from everything I have heard, not sure if that bothers you at all. I am talking like 60-90 seconds in some instances from everything I have seen/heard.

 

Never had YouTube tv but Hulu live would be 20-30 seconds behind so I’d have to mute group chats during the games or else they’d be spoiling TDs and what not

 

okay good to know, so just means really when I’m on here during a prime time game I’ll just have to know you guys might see it before me.

that’s the main downside; the other being that they don’t carry local sports channels, which may or may not be a bummer depending on if you care about seeing the other in-market teams

 

YouTube TV is great. I don't have a detailed interpretation other than it's the first streaming cable service I've used that I actually like the interface and notice little to no buffering or quality issues. But yeah, the UI is the main selling point for me.

 

I have YouTube tv and turn off broadcast delay. I haven’t noticed it being as behind as people are saying in here.

 

I honestly did not know that you were able to turn something like that off
