Seattle is fuckin stupid now. It costs half that to live in legit the nicest suburb of northeast DC lol. I’m not paying that much to be starved for sunlight 10 months a year

 

(Northwest DC is fancy as fuck though I’m sure parts of Bethesda / Chevy Chase MD and DEFINITELY Potomac MD get up to that $4000-$5000 a month rent range)
