Not sure who runs that complex but the HOA in mine stinksssssss

Area is good and safe enough, right in the center of Tewksbury which is the town I’ve grown up in my whole life. It’s a good town but obviously expensive. I wish we would afford a house and stay in town but we’ve been priced out

You are 3 minutes from 495 or 8 minutes from 93.

5 minutes from Treehouse!

 

Within 10 minutes is like 3 good beef spots

We’re in the Pheasant Hunt condos across the street from DiPalma Estates so separate and different ones. When you turn into your complex, ours is the condo complex legit on the other side of North street lol

The dude who runs our HOA can rot in hell, I hope he doesn’t run that one hahaha, ours is Silva Associates
