someone two blocks over from us that has the same floor plan as us that paid 500k for theirs (they built about two months after us) just sold theirs for 775k. which is making me want to sell a bit. buuuut i just know it means we’ll end up paying more for whatever we end up buying getting rid of the profit a bit and our interest rate is also below 3.0% which lol that ain’t happening

This is where we are also. I know we could make a ton if we sold with all the renovations we've done over the years, but I pay under $1,200 a month right now and can't imagine we'd be anywhere near that if we sold/bought a new place now

The hot water at my complex had to be turned off yesterday due to a leak and it won't be fixed until sometime today. Went for a walk yesterday forgetting my shower doesnt work without the hot water on in some form. Feel absolutely gross.
