i went to college with a guy who had a janikowski jersey and when i asked him about it he said “that’s polish pride”

 

JJ’s college team was very good, even if they don’t turn into superstars in the NFL doesn’t change the fact that they were a great college team all around. JJ was good in college, but wasn’t asked to do fuck all because that defense and run game carried them through almost every single game. He came up the few times his number got called, but that was so few and far between.

and still, having teams entire playbooks also helps. I’m not saying it’s why they won a title, but it definitely helps a team understand how to pick apart defenses!
