As far as being late, yes I am late a lot IRL but not usually by more than 5-8 minutes.

the whole “Randall’s late to pick his players”… I’ve already communicated to everybody when I could and couldn’t actively draft and might need time lol. Clearly I can’t be researching players right away when I’m on my birthday beach trip, in the studio, or serving tables. Outside of that, when I AM online, I will not be rushed researching players in a league with all the sports, and other people are taking 15-30 minutes to research and decide at times too!!!
