I will accept the fact that I walked right into this insult

 

I never know how to feel about reports out of training camp. like "qb and wr looked great today" -- ok, were they legit good or is the defense a liability? and vice versa lol

 

There's also just a lot more argument about J.J. than Nix so the algorithm is gonna do it's thing lol

Yup. or people saying Forbes who crashed and burned spectacularly last year looks better yada yada yada.

 

Yeah half the people think McCarthy stinks and half think he’s good (which I’m more in this camp now) so it’s both camps trying to prove their points over almost meaningless training camp clips

But my father in law is a die hard Vikings fan so I always am searching Viking related stuff so I just get fed soooo much more for them

 

I tend to try and focus on:

Are they stacking good days
Are they making the same mistakes over and over
Are the good days in drills that favor them/bad days in drills that disadvantage them

Like Javon Baker I'm saying is killing it in camp because no matter the day or the drill he's creating separation so I value that. I'm not worried about Christian Gonzalez giving up passes in 1 on 1s because CBs are basically screwed in that kinda drill.

I also definitely look for things that confirm my narrative and ignore things that don't.

This might be tmi so I’ll spoiler tag just in case, but…
I hooked up with someone Friday night, which was sick, but then they texted me last night saying that they might have an std and that they started exhibiting symptoms Saturday night. I used protection and had a clean bill of health going in, but now my anxiety is steadily rising and rising, which is not what I needed after everything that happened last week
