Just concluded my 2nd interview for this job. They’ve yet to say pay at all.

However, I felt both interviews went really well and we’ll see how it goes.

Would love to stay at my company but just move to this new role that isn’t being outsourced

 

Because starting next week I have to virtually train 29 people in Costa Rica. I have less than 2 weeks to do it. I’m also on PTO for 4 of those days.

So like … I’d be pumped to leave this department
