last time we flew I forgot I had one of those pocket sized multi-tool things in my wallet and I got pulled aside by security and the guy was like "anything in here I should know about?" and I said no I don't think so and then he pulled it out and I was like ah shit

he said they could mail it back home to me or I could just throw it out and I was like ok yeah throw it out

 

Dude TSA went nuts on us over Milo's stuffed plushie aquarium thing. Like literally just a stuffed animal thing. "You know, you really should have checked this." Like, well, when he has it he doesn't scream and when he doesn't he does so what do you wanna do here, guy?

At this point in my life, I don't think I could find one thing in nyc worth the hassle of being in nyc.

 

Last time I got stopped and yelled at from airport security was when I forgot I had sunscreen in my backpack.

Which only lasted a few moments because another dude was trying to go through with a giant tub of cream cheese and was so mad they took it. They offered to mail it to him lol

 

my lady friend has never been to nyc and wants to go there the next time she's here and, thinking about planning to show someone nyc for the first time is, admittedly, exhausting.

 

Based on everything I've seen in pop culture, can't you just hang out in a coffee shop, diner or crappy Irish bar all day and call it?

 

theres probably places like this but theyre all gonna be way upper east or west side or waaay down in the village. basically nowhere people who want to visit nyc ever actually end up when theyre here.

 

you sit at a bar for too long in midtown and someones trying to get you to leave so they can sit there
