We do, we’re technically in one of the poorer suburbs of OKC. We also live on a dead end near a large open field and I imagine people dump dogs here. It really really sucks.

The highest available tier is like Flygon, Goodra, Chandelure, etc. kinda cuts the full national Dex in half so bad pokemon can shine.

The person who I modeled a lot of my Pokemon playing after back in the day turned out to be a groomer so that was a fun revelation

I definitely don't see myself going back to that competitive scene again with or without Jake, but I remember the league fondly still

something (similar?) happened to me during covid. The card shop I went to for magic was randomly closed and a few days later we found out the owner was like extremely popular in the furry community and was arrested for sleeping with a teenager.
