my opinion is that Better Call Saul is actually closer to the S Tier than BB will ever get

 

I’d put it in the immediate next tier after Sopranos and Wire

I’ll keep my opinions of Mad Men to myself until I finish it

 

There are no shows with good fans. Fans are the worst

 

I think I've said it before but I avoided Mad Men for a long time because I knew a plot point that I THOUGHT was part of the series finale and instead it's just revealed in season one and it's a big part of the whole show

 

This was my point, Breaking Bad is just the show I see compared to Sopranos a lot and I think that Sopranos is vastly superior

 

I keep hearing that, I NEED to watch Better Call Saul

does the sopranos have a character I'll care about as much as Mike Ehrmantraut

 

Right now I'm watching Southern Hospitality which is just like these shows

I havent seen MM yet but I gonna disagree with the others. BB got better with each episode while the other two had their highs and lows.

 

Actually I think sopranos is unique in that it does a good job of having you waffle back and forth on characters. Theres enough depth and challenging material in there for characters to have multiplicities and you like them at some points and dislike them at others

 

we usually have one hour-long more serious show we'll watch during the week and then a half-hour comedy we'll watch/rewatch if we just want a break or don't want to go to bed but don't want to watch an hour long episode

that was seinfeld but it's been weeks since we watched, I don't really have the urge to continue
