Hilariously, this is kinda like my place; though that all wood flooring is nice vs the carpet I have in most rooms. But most every room is fine; but the bathrooms are abysmal and an insane thing to have not updated.

Including this damn prison bathroom in our basement

But yeah, that house is like $6-8k in cosmetic changes to the bathrooms and basement from being really nice, and the kitchen is obviously a bigger project down the road when you want.
