The very idea of waking up to work out at 5 am is nauseating. If someone told me that I would be killed unless I got up and went to the gym at 5am, I'd sleep through my alarm

This is how I end up listening to the same 6 albums for 15 years.

 

I enjoyed the new Super American enough. Didn't like it as much as their last album, but it's a fun little hot weather driving album

Jason hyped it up a lot in his newsletter so I figured I'd check it out and yeah, not for me. Oh well, nothing ventured, nothing gained.

I also work 7 to 6 generally so after work I have no motivation for the gym

Yeah it is not very good. Same with that Rarity album

 

I have a bench in my basement and still can't force myself to get down there regularly. I just don't think I'm cut out for showbiz

 

The best situation I ever had in my life was the office I was working in having a small private gym downstairs that NO ONE used. I'd go to work at like 7, workout for 1.5 hours completely alone, shower and then go work 9-5. Sometimes hit a walk during lunch or something to get my 10,000 steps, but it was awesome. I dropped like 30lbs.

I really don't like the album but loved SUP

I listen to a few songs and switch back to SUP, something is just off for me (vibe was off from the start with the god awful album cover)
