I used to be a terrible hypochondriac and then swung in the opposite direction, but ALS and dementia are the two I can't shake. Every now and then I'll look up the ALS symptoms and just be like, "shit...I might have this, I dropped my keys twice last week"

I'm pretty much diet only except for when we're at the movies

 

The movies and a restaurant when I'm not having a beer is the only place I ever had soda, or maybe once in a while at a party, but that's it. The soda in my fridge that I bought for a party will sit there til the next one
