Yeah. It’s prob helped a bit but my brother and father were so big on “omg it changed my life and I feel so refreshed” and that just hasn’t been me. Hopefully I’m the outlier.

What’s he sleeping like? This chart was Milo at exactly 4 years but we also had the Snoo which was a game changer for us.

 

He sleeps from like 8 to 6 almost straight through the night. Wakes up for food at like 10

This is how I've always operated

 

Legit what my gf works and only 4 days a week and makes good money as a home health nurse.

 

Think it was ~3-4 months where she was sleeping through the night. My wife had to actually ask her sister-in-law if she should wake her to feed (because she was doing that a few times the first week) and got told "for the love of god, let the child sleep".

Naps were a disaster until she was like 8-9 months, but overnight we've been blessed
