Fold it inside out, then fold it like you would a collared shirt, and it should be fine, if you don’t have room for the suit bag in your suitcase. That’s what I do for my suit jacket for work on hot days.

If you’re flying, bring the suit bag on board and the flight attendants should have room to hang it up where we hang our jackets too!
