I’ve been watching some Ted lasso and all I want to know is, when does it get funny?

Season 3 one character teaches another how to ride a bike, that was pretty funny

You have muscle stimulators attached to each arm and then have to hold up a Drew Carey doll (still boxed) above your head for the entirety of the song Cleveland Rocks while I drastically alter the muscle stimulators from calm to hell mode

 

I haven't watched Ted Lasso, I will get around to it eventually

It's weird when people act like it's the only show that exists and also weird when people are ultra contrarian about it and turn on it when it's very clear what the show is just from hearing about it

(Not directed at anyone here just an observation in general from a past of being on twitter dot com)

 

To be fair I don’t think most comedy shows people like on here are good so I’m probably an outlier.

It's a good show. It's nothing particularly groundbreaking. Came out at a good time for it where I think people kinda needed that injection of wholesomeness. Has a HIMYM thing where all the side characters are infinitely more interesting than the main character.

 

Ted Lasso has a few funny moments but it definitely hit at the right time. Everyone was depressed because of Covid and it was just a positive show.

 

Does that count as getting Josh'd?
