My rent for my 1 bedroom apartment is currently $650 ($50 a month is for a pet fee). I may never move again.

our mortgage is negligibly more than our rent was in 2019 and with how NoDa has expanded, i can only imagine the rent has gone up

our house is right around 2k square foot for three bedrooms and 2.5 baths compared to our apartment being 700 square foot for two bedrooms and 1.5 baths lol
