Honestly anyone who ordered a steak higher than medium is catching a look from me, and even medium I’m gonna wonder “is there a digestive issue or something?”

 

It's moreso a lot of people lean on the rarer side so I'd rather have a slightly rarer medium than a rare rare.

 

Yep. There are restaurants i go to where i will order medium and itll be medium rare. If i ordered medium rare the cow would still be breathing.

 

I'm only ordering medium if it's my dad cooking because that equals medium rare

Oh yeah I’m usually not one that wants it super rare. I’ve had some good rare before but medium rare is the sweet spot.

Yeah my go to is always medium rare or medium (burgers) and adjust from there.

The benefit of putting down more seems to work more towards getting a reduced interest rate and not paying the insurance, but otherwise cash on hand wins
