I like it overall, but the sudden $200k increase off a renovation, I'd want to know if they are warrantying the work (and def get an inspection). I mean, new roof, HVAC, water heater, and appliances...if theres an assurance against faulty workmanship, then theres basically no major expenses for like a decade.

edit: Like both bathrooms, like the big garage, wish they had gone with anything colorful for the kitchen backsplash over going with more gray

Anyone wanna take off Monday November 4 and come to the game with me? Personally I think it would be cool to hang out around south Philly with y’all in the afternoon before the game, like South Street / FDR park
