For what is it worth, I didn't care for boat songs, but liked the new album (more than liked, some would say loved). Enjoyed Good Looks album

 

it's worth very little

 

I liked boat songs a lot more after manning fireworks

honestly manning fireworks is probably behind ghost of your guitar solo for me too

 

I meant I appreciated it more than when it initially came out. I still think manning fireworks is my favorite.

 

I will give boat songs another listen some day soon

 

I think I need to give MJ more of a try. A looooot of people like them and I just haven’t got it yet

 

Listened to New Miserable Experience and Dizzy Up the Girl this morning. Recommend it

 

boat songs starts off with easily my least favorite song on the album so that sucks but it also has SUV, you are every girl to me and taste just like it costs which rules.

I actually just found that album a couple years ago and I love it so much. Can't believe I'd never heard it before

 

grew up hearing stuff like that a lot, that's what my mom was really in to. gin blossoms, wallflowers, sheryl crow, goo goo dolls, etc

 

I knew the hits from all of those artists because back then I was pretty much either listening to the radio or whatever CDs my dad had which would've just been a bunch of what would be the Classic Rock of the day

 

So I never listened to full albums of anything at that point and then when I started buying albums it was mostly pop punk, etc.

 

god I used to hear so much Bob Seger's greatest hits in the car with my dad

 

Crazy how quickly your body regresses after not exercising for a while. I haven’t rode the bike in a month and started again on Wednesday and yesterday and the regression is crazy.

 

For me is was a lot of The White Album, Styx, Steve Miller Band, and the Eagles
