    I already make some at home that kinda kick ass

    I’m definitely not a skilled bartender, that is hard to do and outside of my skillset, but I make very very good drinks IMO

    I just can’t make them rapidly for lots of people with different orders and socialize at the same time

    Hell yeah. There's an alcohol free gin that I've been seeing that I'm very curious about if for no other reason than seeing what alcohol free "thing that is 99% alcohol" is like.

    Yeaaaaah same. Though I'd be good at certain bars. The ones where being a curmudgeon is encouraged

    it’s literally exactly like how a lot of places have a “gluten free option” but it isn’t fuckin good, or it doesn’t avoid cross contamination and the chef is like “well I can throw together some rice and leftover vegetables with no seasoning for you” if you’re celiac

    I would EXPECT a high end bar to be good at NA cocktails (my job is) but other than that you’re better off going to a legit NA bar
