Detroit style pizza. Jets is the most accessible to get, they’re the main Michigan chain that people love. Buddys and Green Lantern also rule. Lot of good pizza options.

 

I gotta go to urgent care because my cough has gotten worse and this is sad

To get the best Detroit style pizza you have to go to Brooklyn.

I’ve spent the last four years being very lucky to not get sick basically at all and then this year I got norovirus (horrible throwing up all day) and now I have a cold. Still thankful it’s not covid I guess

For what it's worth Prince Street Pizza was very okay and not at all indicative of NY pizza to me, my experiences with NY pizza were different/better

But also there’s really two kinds of pizza that are both canon for “New York Pizza” and the more famous one is Brooklyn style. Prince St is more Sicilian influenced. So I’d understand if a person didn’t think of Prince St when they thought of the NY pizza they like
