we have one friend that moved there and she posted about a 300 sq ft apartment she was looking at for like $1400 a month (it was awhile back i may be wrong on the specifics)

To me, 2k gets me everything I need there. Gonna cost me like $3k or so for something similar in SF. (WA also doesn't have state income tax, so bonus!)

If I get offered one of the two jobs, it'll affect where I move next year. Either up to Seattle or into SF. One is remote and the other is hybrid and I don't want my current commute again.

But thats all a big IF, since I need one of them to hire me first lol.
