I do wonder what a therapist would do/could have done for me if I pursued that.

But instead, blocking it all out but then randomly being reminded by random events seems to be the solution I chose … which definitely had no impact on my emotional health at all and that I’m really, really good at coping and expressing feelings now! (lying)
