When my wife and I bought our condo my dad was INSISTENT we changed the toilet seat.

It’s been almost 5 years and it’s the same toilet seat we’re sharing with the previous owner who died on Christmas Day and then the unit got foreclosed on.

That toilet has seen some history and I add to it every few days
